Reliability is a key aspect of our BKM range of reducers. The box body is made of high-quality aluminum alloy to ensure that the 050-090 base runs without rust. For bases 110 and 130, the cabinet is made of cast iron for exceptional durability and reliability. The box body is manufactured using a vertical machining center for one-time processing with high precision and strict geometric tolerances.

To further enhance the durability and performance of our BKM series reducers, the gears are made of high-quality alloy materials. After surface hardening treatment and processing by a high-precision gear grinding machine, the hard tooth surface gear is obtained. The BKM series reducer adopts hypoid gear transmission, which has a large transmission ratio and high strength, making it suitable for harsh applications.

It is worth noting that the installation dimensions of the BKM series reducer are fully compatible with the RV series worm gear reducer and can be seamlessly integrated to provide customers with more convenience.
