THE PROCESS OF NON-STANDARD CUSTOMIZED ELECTRIC MOTOR
(1) Demand Analysis
First of all, the customer puts forward the range of demand, and we dig deeply into the range of demand according to our experience, and sort out the detailed process requirement documents.
(2) Program Discussion and Determination
After the customer confirm that the requirements are correct, the program discussion shall be carried out, including signing the contract, conducting specific internal discussion on the realization of each process, and determining the realization plan of each process.
(3) Program Design
We carry out the specific mechanical structure design, electrical design and other work internally, send the drawings of various parts to the processing workshop, and purchases the purchased parts.
(4) Processing and Assembly
Assemble each part, and if there is a problem with the part, redesign and process. After the mechanical part is assembled, begin to do electrical control debugging.
(5) Production
After the customer is satisfied with the product test, the equipment is transported to the factory and officially put into production.
CAUTIONS FOR NON-STANDARD CUSTOMIZED ELECTRIC MOTOR
Please pay high attention in non-standard motor production as below points:
•In the project preparation stage, identify the project requirements, specifications, components and other factors, and select the appropriate design team and manufacturing team.
•In the design phase, carry out program evaluation to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of the program, and design from multiple aspects such as material selection, construction plan and control system.
• In the manufacturing and processing stage, the processing is carried out in strict accordance with the design scheme, paying attention to the precision of the processing motor, the selection of materials and the mastery and optimization of the process.
• In the test and debugging stage, test and debug the motor to find the failure of parts or assembly problems, so that non-standard motor can play its own function.
• During the installation and commissioning phase, pay attention to the coordination between the motor and other systems, as well as on-site safety and other factors.
• After-sales service stage, providing motor maintenance, repair, technical support and technical training services to ensure the long-term performance and stability of the motor.
